All our referred contractors must be properly licensed by the state and or county in which they do business, and must demonstrate to our member review board, that they are experienced in all aspects of the services they offer.

All Dealers associated with CleaningProsFinder, prior to being accepted in our program, are verified via the Better Business Bureau for consumer complaints. If our review department concludes that any dealer has an inordinate number of valid complaints, that dealer is not eligible for acceptance into our Connect.

Should any "current" referred contractor receive more then 2 valid complaints in a 12 month period, that dealer is removed from our member referral list.
