Basically we are a matching service. Once you complete a brief form describing your needs, we search our database for qualified, licensed professionals in your area. In most cases you can begin interviewing multiple professional contractors literally within minutes. In order not to overwhelm the process, we limit the number of professionals we refer in a given area to no more then 4 qualified contractors.

Will I receive an estimate immediately upon submitting my project request?
Many people are hoping to get estimates entirely online. However, in order to receive accurate estimates, and because every job is unique, it may be necessary that a professional first inspect the project site before offering a binding estimate. Or in some situations engage in a detailed phone consultation with the prospective client
Our experience in this industry has shown us time and time again that any company willing to give you a  “binding” estimate without inspecting the worksite or fully discussing the prerequisites of the job, is a red flag, and in many cases the first sign of an impending bait and switch scenario.

Is there any cost associated in hiring a Cleaning Professional referred by CleaningProsFinder? There is absolutely no cost to you. We do all the legwork and you reap the benefits.

Can I be confident that the professional I choose will be trustworthy and able to complete the job as promised?
Members of our referral service are asked to designate certification for a given specialty in the broad area of residential and Commercial cleaning. They must also be licensed and insured in accordance with their county and/or state guidelines
All CleaningProsFinder contractors, prior to being accepted as a member, are verified via the Better Business Bureau for consumer complaints. Consequently by taking advantage of our screening and evaluation process, you can avoid the pitfalls that can plague those who are less informed when contracting with an unknown tradesperson.

Does CleaningProsFinder follow-up after my initial project submission?
The entire premise of our business relies on us referring reputable, trustworthy professionals, able to complete your job as promised, at a fair and competitive price, and in a timely manner.
Consequently it is your feedback either during or after the completion of your job, which assists us in insuring the integrity of the contractors we refer. We will contact you by phone or email to request that you share your experience whether positive or negative.  Your feedback is our lifeblood.
